!Awful company avoid at all costs! Very disorganised and poor communication. Angie is very patronising and tries to make you look and feel silly. Where to start? We were misinformed about the drive way and how much storage was ours- it wasnt until A lady from downstairs informed me that the driveway and shed were shared. It took the leasing company over 2 weeks to find this out and did not reduce our rent considering we went from paying for a whole drive way and all 6 sheds being ours to sharing the driveway and 1 shed to ourselves and 1 shared. A plumber was organised to come to our flat to see to issues in January who did not turn up twice and again I had to phone to find out what was going on. Our electric meter was exposed and during an inspection in October we were told this shouldve been covered before we entered the property and that they would see to this getting done. The meter was still exposed when we left in March even after asking several times for this to be covered as it was an eye sore. Poor communication. The flooring in the bathroom was turning black due to poor ventilation in the bathroom. Our window was open 24/7 and moping up any excess water was not working. I reported this on several occasions and they were still trying to charge us for the damage caused when we ended our tenancy. You wont see your deposit back. My father works in the building industry has done for over 30 years and Angie seems to think she knows the price of materials more than him! Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Amazing people. I was trying to move in Aberdeenshire and they were unbelievably helpful and supportive. If you are looking to move in Aberdeenshire, look no further. Can't recommend enough!
