I cant fault the quality of the work as everything was fine as was agreed but the aftercare is shocking. I had new windows and a front door installed before going ahead with a new Sunroom. At the time on installation of the front door, I noticed that it wouldnt open without a good pull in the handle and was told that it was because it was just new and would slacken off. I managed to get this fixed after I had a word with the Foreman (not the owner). As I said the quality of the kit and work was really good so I decided to go ahead with a new build of a Sunroom. Everything was done with a few hiccups along the way but in the whole, pretty good. Problems started after about a year after installation with settling cracks and burst nail/ screw heads appearing in the ceiling and walls as well as the outside window ingos which was kind of expected. Raised it as an issue countless times but it always falls on deaf ears. Ive had the owner in my house a few times and he promises the world but nothing ever gets done. Ive recently had an issue with a corroded letter box on my front door and was told that it was my fault as I should have sealed it with clear varnish - no one told me that I had to to that. Ive ended up just replacing the letterbox myself from B&Q for 20. So in short if you want to use this firm then then be prepared to fix any issues yourself as they are not interested unless they can make some money from you.

We were delighted with the extension that Homequest built for us. Communication was great and the standard of work completed was excellent. The extension was completed bang on the 12 weeks quoted. Would highly recommend.
