Worst customer service ever! Needed some detailed wood copied at Easter, left the bit with them,was told a week! Went away in May for 3 weeks having chased continously with no call backs and visiting them despite distance advising they had that extra time to get it done. Not done!horrendous communication .Local tradesman advised an alternative who got the work done no problem. Avoid!
