Lovely place. Steve set my mind at ease straight away when I called to arrange my dog Harveys cremation. Very caring when talking you through process and when we came to pick him up again. Would highly recommend. Thought the flower filled dog beds outside were a lovely touch.

I would highly recommend this service for your beloved pets, my dog Ellie and I were treated with the greatest of respect and kindness. I used this service for my first dog Tara in 2011 and the price has hardly changed in 11 years worth every penny.

When going to get my beloved cat from the pet crem I thought it could have been handled a little more sensitively. To be handed the little casket at the counter with the bill at the same time together with instructions on how to access his ashes was again a bit insensitive. Perhaps an invite into the lovely side room initially and then brought to us with the opportunity to then write in the book would have been a bit more sensitive. She was a lovely lady but a bit too business like.
