Ordered a Power washer on 17/3/2023, it arrived damaged & wasnt working as it should. I was given 6 different days it was to be collected, finally went back on 18/4/2023. Its now 25/4/2023 & Im still without a refund or a machine. Absolute nightmare. If youre buying tools you badly need dont be relying on this lot

Absolute mess is this company. Ordered a router showed 2 in stock. Paid up waited for 2 weeks to be sent a battery without the main tool. Rang up number of times and eventually was told they don't have the tool in stock no more and that my money would be refunded. Got refunded 4.50 and now running around from pillar to post trying to get the rest of my money back. Unbelievable. Wish I read reviews on this company before giving them my money. Don't buy from these scammers they show items in stock and take your money and give you a battery.

Ordered a makita combi set with 2 5.0ah batteries on Saturday phoned them on tuesday due to have no confirmation the lady on the phone polite and helpful told me the order was being processed and I should get conformation same day and they would be delivered wed/thur and they arrived 11 am this morning (wed) great service recommend to anyone

Purchased a Dewalt impact driver set with power plus batteries from here and then when I read the reviews I was a bit worried that Id have a bad experience but I must say everything was spot on! Received my order without a glitch and the product was superb! Cannot complain! Very happy! I guess its the same story with anything, you only ever hear about the bad stuff predominately as people dont always have need to write about the good experiences which is a shame ! I always read reviews and I always like to write them! Be it good or bad ! Thanks Toolden ! Will definitely be back for my next purchases!

Due to my experience I'd advise Don't Use. Find somewhere else to buy tools. I'm still fighting hard to get my money back for a tool that's not fit for purpose. Their customer service sucks (if you need to return something). Rude, uncaring and lazy are words that spring to mind. I can't actually believe their attitude and they clearly don't care about return business or company reputation. It doesn't really matter whether a customer purchased the wrong item or if an incorrect item was sent, but in this case I have a screen shot clearly describing one thing yet the tool I received not as described. I AM NOT HAPPY.
