        I bought my new skoda on Sunday from here, I spoke over the phone and text to arrange my visit up and the buying of the car. They were very helpful and accommodating through the process(first time car buyer). The cars brilliant I'm well chuffed

        Sold a car to these guys in march, no issues there they were courteous and pleasant. However, In July I received a notification that the car was still registered to me and that I would be receiving a fine for not taxing it. I contacted A1 Autos to ask why the car was still registered to me and they claimed that they had sent off the v5c and that it was put in to trade. I rang DVLA and it transpired that the car was never put in to trade so effectively I lost out on 125 worth of tax refund. There was no offer to compensate me for this. Lesson learned, always keep the v5c and don't trust them to send it off for you!

        bought a seat Leon from A1 autos and they were absolutely brilliant, was quick to sort out and gave excellent service. kept in touch with the process and was very helpful. I highly recommend A1 autos.

        I was looking for advice on ending a finance agreement and downsizing my car so I went in and spoke to Andrew about the best options for me. Really friendly and he gave me good advice regarding the finance and sorted me out with my new car. Really impressed with the service, nothing was a bother to him. I'll definitely deal with A1 Autos again in the future and recommend them for buying and selling your car. Thanks Andrew
