Sonya gave me a massage before a multi-day endurance race. This really helped to loosen any tight spots ahead of the event. She is friendly, knowledgeable and I would recommend her to others.

Sonya was recommended to aid my recovery after a nasty compound fracture to my humerus, my elbow joint, from a fall off a bike. She gave a physical assessment and I found out that due to the injury Id also put my shoulder out! She showed me various stretches to help keep my shoulder back and in place, as well as helping my elbow. Sonya also kindly sent me a video of a stretch, as Id forgot what to do! Id highly recommend Sonya, she gets to the root of the issue and gives practical advise on stretches to continue at home, as well as deep tissue work. Thanks so much Sonya for helping my recovery. Excellent place to go for a massage! I wish I lived a bit closer to visit frequently. Sonya was great at explaining the treatment and some exercises I could do at home; the massage was also effective. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Sonyas services. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Helped me prepare for my first half marathon after I suffered a very bad calf injury less than 6 weeks before the event. Wouldnt have got to the start line, never mind the finish line without her!
