        The dealing I have had with this company has been poor, two appointments made one called me 2 hours after our appointment saying he will be there in 2 hours time, the second made for first thing Saturday morning and still hadnt arrived till after 11. That said, they did reduce the cost of the insulation and extended the guarantee for 3 years. The engineer (Simon) was a credit to them, he was professional polite and extremely competent. I would certainly use him again specially if he went self employed.
