        Used them to send out a few parcels and was stunned by the lack of care! Was clearly marked with fragile all over and she dropped them on the floor from her chair because she couldn't be arsed to place them down and possibly move from the chair slightly! Luckily have insurance if they broke but absolutely disgusting treatment of parcels. Will avoid like the plague.
