The police officers don't know how to use their indicators when they are approaching a roundabout. They should be placed on a training course.

Police Scotland do what they can do with what they have yes its frustrating sometimes when you call them about something and you dont see anything getting done but its not there fault really there stretched to breaking point with cut backs. Well done for doing what you can

Just the 2 stars i'm afraid and that is for the Custody staff and cleanliness. Very welcoming although a little thorough with their initial greeting. On the plus side they do offer a chauffeur service to their establishment, and sometimes from there also if required by appointment. The beds could do with updating, as could the mattresses and blankets provided. The on-suite is OK but lacking in toilet roll and a handsink & towel. No slippers provided either. Food & Drinks: Very small menu on offer and you can see the quality is just not what it used to be. Perhaps upgrading to branded tea and coffee would be a nice touch also. Fresh juice is not available either, something they could perhaps consider offering in the future. There is a small library which is excellent as they do not provide TVs or entertainment in the rooms, which is great for those that love the peace and quiet. Speaking of which, some of the other residents can be a little noisy at times. You can't fault them for service though, every 30 minutes they come and do a checkback on you to make sure you have everything you need, no matter what time of night. All in all i'd recommend it if you're homeless & malnourished, otherwise i'd give it a miss. Pricewise definitely budget.
