Poor workmanship, took 6 months to do a 2 week job. Workman proved to be untrustworthy. Abandoned the job before it was finished and had to chase them up to finish it. Lots of hassle!

I have used this plumber several times and each time they have been great. They installed my bathroom while I was out of town. My bathroom was planned using another service and Andrew was installing it. Whenever something on the plans didn't work out in practice (one example was the radiator being too wide so I couldn't open a cabinet door), instead of installing it anyway they would phone and ask if I would like it changed. They also offered suggestions to change other things that may have looked ok on the plans but in practice would be more functional if changed. I found them to be trustworthy and extremely tidy, cleaning up thoroughly each night when they were finished even if I wasn't home. I really appreciated that they took care of the rest of my home and that I did not need to be there to supervise. As I was impressed with the service, I used them to install gas central heating in another property. Again I was unable to supervise but they phoned with suggestions on the layout so that it works well. Again they left the place clean and tidy and painted over where the old storage heaters were. Will use again.
