        Rang mobile after hours and luckily Avril answered, was professional, asked lots of questions about my dog (long haired German shepherd) and detailed what was undertaken during the grooming, explained cost and whether if took longer than expected what increase would be. Met on arrival and took time to meet dog before taking off me (is very nervous). Gave me 15 minute call as requested before finished. Excellent service, fully unknotted (was lots!), washed and deshredded and provided bank details to enable online payment. Highly recommended and will use again, 5 star service.
