        The team are always friendly when I go in and there is a good selection but... I bought a Limax vape from here and was told it had a year warrantee with VPZ, 2 weeks later it stopped charging so took it back in and told that's 'wear and tear' and not under warranty. I took the loss thinking it would be a one off and bought the same battery again as I was assured this never happened with this model... 4 weeks later now and same thing so I've just given up and ordered a different vape online. I've been vaping for 5 years and never had a vape just stop charging - now 2 of the same brand have, costing me 100. Unfortunately disappointed in VPZ for selling this product and misleading customers re the warranty. Though please note this isn't a reflection on the staff in the shop, they're lovely, but the company itself.
