My mum bought a piece of furniture but was given the ex display model without a reduction, when it arrived there was parts missing. She tried phoning several Times (no answer) so ended up going into the the Elgin store and was spoken to really badly and felt humiliated, she wont be buying from there again and I certainly wont be either. Looking at the recent reviews I think most people are in agreement that the customer service is shocking
