Quickly noticed how easily the cushions would lose their shape. Contacted Grampian Furnishers and they passed us on the Gillies (the owners) after sales. They sent out a couple technicians to inspect the sofa. Both of who preformed some WWE style wrestling moves on the cushions to get them back into shape and deemed it a dressing issue. They recommend dressing the sofa several times a day to retain its shape.
After the second technician visit the aftersales team got in touch with the manufacturer and said they would replace the cushions that were causing the issue as a gesture of "good will". However, the manufacturer of the sofa were only willing to cover half the cost of the cushions and i would have to cover the other half. Therefore, it's not a gesture of good will at all. Grampian Furnishers/Gillies were not willing to cover the other half of the cushions as they were paying 30 for the postage of the new cushions.
I am unwilling to spend anymore on the anymore on the sofa after spending the guts of 2500 on buying them. 100% would not recommend. Better off going to wayfair and buying a sofa for half the price.
