I placed an order for 2 pork chops, 1lb mince, 1steak pie and 2 sirloin steaks last week and I haven't tasted such quality of fresh well hung Scottish meat for a number of years. I believe that meat should be butchered by qualified meat craftsman. This butcher more than ticked every boxno more supermarket meat for me. I fully recommend RGMacdonald as a butcher of Quality.
