Incredibly rude to my wife and daughters from Gordon Alexander, apparently as owner feels he can do that, when asked him for apology his immediate reply was to rip up our application..all for being 10 minutes late for a viewing, look forward to meeting this gentleman I hope his customers are not late for any appointments with him
