Very helpful, informative, experienced, knowledgeable, polite, and friendly staff. Have used this highly professional company for both bathroom and kitchen refurbishment; this was from initial design and planning to actually delivering the finished product. Very consultative approach to the design stage - no hard sell, which was brilliant. Really good after sales service. Well pleased on all counts

Would like to leave a positive review but cant, went into the showroom 3 weeks ago asked for a quote & visit for a new kitchen and bathroom, no response and no one available to come when I called them. Clearly not wanting the business but they could have called to let us know they were to busy, have used them several times in the past but am unlikely to do so again.

Visited the showroom looking to refurbish a cloakroom toilet. Staff were extremely helpful, relaxed approach and absolutely no sales pressure. The designer listened to our broad ideas and produced a detailed plan which only needed slight tweaks to finalise. She was very helpful when it came to choosing cabinets, tiling etc. Would confidently recommend Waterfalls.

Have just had a great experience with Waterfalls, a completely new ensuite shower room. From start to finish they were excellent. Louise who answered the phone and took my details, David who came out measured then drew up the plans. Once we were happy with the plans, we made an appointment to choose our colours, again David was most helpful. We had to wait a few months to get the job done, but that was because they were extremely busy. All the workmen arrived on time and the job was finished in 5 days, the old bathroom completely emptied and new one installed. So very happy with the work and how my new shower room looks, I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much.
