Initial call went onto position 15 in the que, after 55 minutes on hold I get to position 1, then an automated message comes across saying the appointment line is very busy please call again and disconnects the call. Call back and back to position 15 in the que! Unbelievable frustration and completely ridiculous in my opinion.
Deserves 0 stars but unfortunately that's not an option.

useless. I have been trying to sort out all of her medical problems and I can really see what she is up against. My mother had 2 very swollen eyes. I asked for a call back. I got one from the receptionist telling me I had to go to the optician I told her it wasnt an optician problem. I then sent in photos. My Mum got antibiotics for conjunctivitis that she hadnt got without even being seen. I then went to the practice again to try and make another appointment I was told she could have one on 28th March which at that time was 3 weeks away. They again told me she needed the optician but I could have a call back. I did get a call back from the doctor but by now I was doubting myself and had made an appointment with the optician. I told the Dr this snd he said this was the best idea. I took her to the optician to be told she needs to see s doctor, however she was told she has dry eye and got medication for that. I am now leaving it a week but I know she still needs to see s doctor but they wont listen to me. Exasperating!! My mother is also 84 and very immobile with no transport . No empathy whatsoever. Disgusted with the lack of care and empathy from the practice. I would give no stars if I could.
