We have a scrapyard next to our property. It has made our life a misery. The tenant of the council has seen fit to create an illegal scrapyard in Bogie Road Rhynie, AAberdeenshire It extends to the River Bogie and ten vehicles are within touching distance of the river. We worry about the river being polluted with oil etc but Sepa view our complaints as irrelevant. They are adamant that there is no risk to the river. I think they are scared of the tenant as he is regarded as a violent man. He threatened me and tried to run me over. One day there will be major pollution but then it is too late. If the vehicles were by the river at Balmoral they would be gone. Also what about the dangers to children and wildlife. A public footpath has to go through this scrapyard. So environment protection NO! HELP us shut this evil scrapyard down.
