Took on a job that and promised me alot didn't deliver then said hes not a mechanic and I'd need further work or too do what I originally wanted would cost thousands total let down and wasted 500 pound

Previous owner of my car had a full custom exhaust made by Custom Craft and came highly recommended. Car was a little bit over the top for my taste so I contacted Nick and he put my mind at ease that he could sort my issue. Dropped the car off to have a silencer fitted and collected a couple of days later working in with his late night openings as I live an hours drive away. What can I say, sound from the exhaust is exactly what I was hoping for. I can completely recommend Custom Craft. Excellent service and quality. If you need a custom exhaust this is your man.

Terrible! I called within company opening hours as listed on Google. Someone answered phone, but would not respond when I said hi and introduced myself. After a minute or so I got frustrated and hung up the phone. When I called back a minute later I was told I shouldn't be calling after 5pm even though Google shows as open until 7. Woman on phone had a good moan, never gave me a chance to say a word and then hung up the phone. I'm a very reasonable person normally and wouldn't leave this feedback unless I thought fair to do so. I had planned to give this guy my business but I'm now thinking that was a terrible idea. Bearing in mind, I had an appointment booked with them a couple months back which was cancelled at last minute without explanation. I was very polite and understanding of the situation, but in hindsight I'm just too nice for my own good!
