        Blunt receptionists, dont ring back (after telling you they would). Have to wait 3 weeks for a reply. Dont always get prescriptions even though theyve been requested

        The receptionist stuff are Unpleasant so rude I had to give one star I wanted to give none shame really as the doctors themselves are lovely , management really need to give the receptionist more training on how to speak to people correctly .
