Weve ordered from them multiple times using JustEat, left one negative review and they lied in their answer saying they discussed it on the phone with me, there never was a phone call though. My partner phoned them to talk about it and was told no manager was in, the girl couldnt tell him when the manager would be in but said shed leave a note for the manager to phone him back, never happened. Very disappointed by this, if they would have phoned back wed be happy but lying and ignoring a customer who had ordered multiple times just lost them a customer for life. Edit: thanks for the reply, I dont use Facebook often and therefore genuinely didnt think about contacting you on there as the member of staff my partner spoke to told us wed get a phone call back. All we wanted was for the reply to be deleted and an explanation as to what had happened, we appreciate that it can easily happen that youd spoken to another customer that night and it got resolved on the phone. As I stated on my review on JustEat, we had a lot of good orders, just werent happy with that particular one.
