I've been to this dealership twice now and both times have received wonderful customer service. Having worked in retail for a large chunk of my life, I know how difficult it can be to deliver consistently. The first time I visited was to get help with an airbag light: turns out there's a switch on the passenger side... Did they mind? No, they were happy to have helped. The second time was for a warranty claim. So I've used this Toyota dealership twice and at no profit to them, only myself. But guess what, I'm going to start going to this dealership for my service and MOT, because the cheap, soulless mechanic I usually go to doesn't even talk to me, and never explains any of the work he does. You're doing a grand job Toyota. I shall see you very soon!
