        Absolutely awful. Various items arrived broken. Toilet ordered couldnt be sourced. Went into shop and was promised refund/replacement and again in writing via email to then have an email the next day saying they changed their minds. Avoid at all costs. Spoken to a few others since highlighting my concerns and none had a good word to say about them. Never EVER again. Shame as I spent 5k for a shower, sink, sink unit, trowel rail and toilet unit ( no toilet as they failed for 6+ months to get it ) also sold us a cistern incompatible with a pre drilled toilet unit, and a flusher incompatible with the pre drilled unit. Amateur cowboys!
