Having finally taken the plunge to build our dream home, we are delighted that we commissioned Craig and the team at CM Design to help bring our ideas to life. Many an hour was spent with Craig where he listened to our ideas and gave great creative suggestions to enhance the look of our new home to be. For a fixed fee the value for money was excellent along with the service provided by Craig and the team who liaised with the Council planners and engineers when needed. Myself and my husband would have no hesitation in recommending CM Design to anyone.

I'm happy to recommend CMD wholeheartedly. We asked Craig and CMD to help us build our SIP house. Great team, professional. patient, innovative and helpful - gave us way more than we paid for in time and advice, and we're absolutely delighted with the outcome! In fact, we liked them so much that when a second project came along, renovating my Mum's 1920's house, we asked them to work with us again. You know what? They said "yes"!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COWBOY!! We entered into a contract with Craig Mackay for him to draw up plans for our new Annexe. He charged us as for a new build, then a few months later upped the price, then a few moths later upped it again!! We were forced to pay about twice his original quote............quite unfair we think and totally dishonest.
