Staff go out of their way to help customers daily. If there is a waiting time it's usually because when people are told there prescription isn't ready, they argue with the staff rather than phone their doctor..

Wonderful service from staff, busy little chemist so always lots going on which is understandable but friendly service always known by name which is nice can't fault them at all :)

Not short staffed, they're not physically big enough. The staff are doing all they can but such a small building is setting them up to fail. Need a second till and bigger pharmacy for the team to work in. I booked a flu jab and the woman was initially "busy with prescriptions" and they were clearly manic. I was told i had to join the main queue, there were 6 people in front of me, 3 on chairs waiting and it took 15 mins to see me at the till. Then, I had to wait for the fluid to reach room temperature. The appointment itself was great. Nice lady, good chat, very happy. Admitted that she " would love to say it's been manic today but it's actually manic all the time". No toilet. One guy popped in to buy shampoo, had the cheek to ask if he needed to queue to pay and they let him jump in front of 5 others who were queueing already!! I would have been irate and I would have spoken up at that point had I been in the queue but I wasn't and nobody else commented. Having somebody on a mobile till ( a tablet) who could take prescriptions and card payments would be ideal and they could help thin the queue for the others.
