Darren and his team were superb and didn't dissapoint with there professionalism and dependability. When he says he will be there, he is. I have just had my roof renewed by Muirs Roofing, these builders provided a 5-star service. When I initially found problems with the roof Darren Muir was on hand to assess the situation and advise me accordingly. At all-time him and his team were transparent and honest with their advice and solutions to the roofing problem. He was supported by Graeme and the Joiner Gareth and as a team they worked perfectly. All costing was done with Darren and regularly kept me updated with developments. The weather played a bit of havoc for Darren and his team but they professionally managed this to maximize production time and minimizing risks with the weather. They provided a highly professional work ethic at all times. Darren and his team were working within my timescales for completion as I was going on Holiday, and they achieved their objectives and finished on time despite the weather influence. On completion of the work the area was all cleaned and tidy. Darren project managed this build to a very high standard coordinating and arranging all materials and tradesmen to complete the job, I had full confidence in his management approach. I was also informed by neighbours how impressed they were with Darren and his team, in fact my next door neighbour asked him to assist with a new porch and window which he fitted in with the other work ongoing. I would 100% recommend Darren and his team due to their high standard of workmanship and professional approach. I would like to express my thanks to Darren, Gareth and Graeme for all the hard work that they committed to and also the fact that they were willing to work at weekends to make up for lost time due to the weather and completely out with their control. 5-star service with reliable, professional and hardworking team. Very very happy with the service from Darren and his team. From his initial quote right through to completion there is nothing I can find fault with. Both ourselves and our neighbours approached Darren, from the start he gave us a varied selection of roof tiles to choose from, he didn't upsell on anything as it was us that enquired about replacing the soffits/facia/guttering while he was replacing the roof. He was also extremely helpful when we asked him to remove the old sky-light at the rear of the property and install a lovely new Velux window at the front. In addition he re-rendered/roughcast our chimney at no extra cost and it really rets everything off. In particular we were impressed by one of Darren's team, Graham, who worked like a Trojan all through the job and who diligently done the final site clean up. I would wholeheartedly recommend Darren Muir Roofing to anyone. Services: Gutter installation, Skylight installation, Roof installation
