Shocking experience paid 325 for a skip and for the company to get a permit on my behalf, the skip was put on my driveway and lifted 5 mins later as I was told I didn't have a permit to show the driver for it going on the road. I had paid extra for the company to obtain the permit clearly on emails and paperwork. Next day contacted enva to be literally told by who was in charge that they didn't have an answer for me. The phone was hung up on me several times before a return call later that day saying it would take another 13 days for my skip as someone at the office hadn't applied for the permit. I asked to speak to a manager and was fobbed off. So I am skipless also 325 out of pocket and getting nowhere with this cituation. I am then told i can wait up to 10 days for a refund. I would definitely not recommend using this service very unhelpful and unpolite. Customer service was extremely poor. I have waited 2 days so far for someone to communicate with me in regards to this issue but still havnt heard anything from them. I generally don't bother with reviews but after this shoddy experience I felt I had no option but to let others know to avoid this place.
