A beautifully clean and brilliantly finished house in Edinbane. Had everything we needed and more. The house was very warm and cosy despite the storm that hit Skye for 2 days of our visit, but you won't have known it sitting inside. The guide sent by the owners was very comprehensive and much appreciated, we will definitely use this house again when we next visit Skye

Awesome location in the beautiful but reasonable remote village of Elgol. The cottage has everything you could need for a stay as a family (4 beds) or couple (activity room, log burner, utility room, places to dry kit, games, books, etc, etc). It's really well equipped with loads of thoughtful touches. As an complete package it's the best holiday cottage we've stayed in.

Beautiful location at the end of the road. Plenty of walking opportunities from the doorstep. Very well kitted out since the owners also use it, basic cooking provisions available, even Smidge to repel midges was waiting for us. Communication with owner is very easy, very flexible handling of COVID-19 postponements. Highly recommended. Make sure you shop in Broadford before driving down the 15 mile single lane road, limited to no shopping in Elgol. No mobile reception, landline available for domestic calls. If you need mobile reception, walk to the trigpoint on the next ridge which is visible from the porch.
