The Croft Chalet Pods

Definitely deserving 5 stars. Weve stayed in several other glamping pods before but this is at the top of our list. The overall design of the pod was well thought out. It might seem small from the outside but it has adequate space inside. It has the comfort and convenience of a hotel and a self-catering apartment all-in-one. A bonus is the welcome basket of treats when you arrive. The place was clean and well-kept. The views from the pod are excellent. Its great to sit on the porch and relax after a long day of walking. The location is not far from some of the islands top spots: The Fairy Glen, Quirang, An Corran/Staffin beach, Kilt Rock and The Old Man of Storr. There are guides available in the pod for walking/hiking trails. Best of all is how easy it was to communicate with Vicki from booking through to check out. We will surely stay here again the next time we visit the Isle of Skye. It certainly feels like a home away from home.

Had an amazing stay in my lovely, cosy pod - would happily have stayed much longer! Vicki was fantastic, quickly answering all of my questions before my visit and was on hand during my stay without being intrusive. I travelled alone with my bike and, as a fellow cyclist, Vicki provided great recommendations for rides, as well as walks and other things to do in the area. Ill most certainly be back again soon. Thanks for making my stay such a great one Vicki!

It was a pleasure to stay in the Croft Chalet Pods. The communication with Vicky was fast and perfect. Pod was clean, beautiful and fully equipped (stuff for cooking, eating, all you need in bathroom etc...). As a surprise there were prepared farmers chips, originall Scotish sweets .In the fridge there was a bottle of fresh milk. We had a romantic view thanks to small christmas lights outside and thanks to nice landscape. The atmosphere was really enjoyable. Very recommended for your stay. Vicky and her husband are also preparing some bigger Pods, so it will be also good to come with the whole family.
