Covesea Cottage

A perfect equipment, complete cleanliness, a cozy and magical little garden and a wonderful view of the tiny bay. After our excursions we slept relaxed and came to rest wonderfully. Eine perfekte Ausstattung, komplette Sauberkeit, ein gemtlicher und zauberhafter kleiner Garten und eine herrliche Aussicht in die winzige Bucht. Nach unseren Exkursionen schliefen wir entspannt und kamen wunderbar zur Ruhe. Es bereitete uns viel Freude, unzhlige liebevolle Dekorationen zu entdecken. What a pure delight Covesea Cottage is. I have enjoyed every single second of my 4 night stay. Apart from the wonderful location and scenery, I took great pleasure in discovering all the little bits and pieces displayed throughout the property. I loved the style of the bedroom chairs and the colours in the smaller room. I would go there at times and just sit in the chair, enjoying the surroundings. Loved the comfy couches downstairs, the cosy blue wraps to get snug with and the not square nest of tables. I loved the garden, the colours, the views over the water and finding the hidden delights among the plants. This is a wonderful place for an escape to the Scottish Highlands and exploring the Isle of Skye. It has been tastefully decorated with care and thought for everything that guests could possibly want. For me it has been an absolute pleasureand judging by all the other feedback written in the cottage guestbook, everyone else who stayed there before me felt the same. Go see Covesea

We stayed at Covesea Cottage the first week in October this year , The weather was very mixed but that did not detract from the fantastic time we had on Isle of Skye. Very quick response to my email query about a booking , I dealt with Shelagh on the phone . very friendly , welcoming with some very helpful suggestions of things to do on and around the Island. On arrival we found the cottage lovely and warm with a handy " welcome pack" . The living room /dining room/kitchen was very comfortable and well equipped upstairs the bedrooms and bathroom were of a high standard and the standard of cleanliness and hygiene was equally high. The view of the small working harbour from downstairs and the upstairs velux windows was very interesting and looking across to the mainland too . The garden provided a lot of interest too with endless variety of birds visiting the feeder . A fantastic relaxing holiday in a fantastically homely cottage .
