I loved it here. Very very nice property, Clean well presented and it deserves due respect. Nice facilities a well bubbly bath, walk in shower, all the usuals, they got the lot. Excellent kitchen dining with views, and a lounge to really lounge in, also with a view. We got lucky with a range of weather during our stay which only gave us more beautiful scenery to look at during the unfolding changes. The sound of the cuckoo which rolled across the water was a long forgotten pleasure as were the skylarks. It was also lambing season with fields behind, home to the newborns . The yellow blooms were out together with the bluebells amazing contrast of colours. The night scenes were wonderful to just sit out and sip a dram of scotch or three. We went to the local pub and had a blast, hit all the sense of humour highlights with enough to write a book about. We also went to the local "starred" restaurant "The Loch Bay" which made the visit complete. Only little detraction for the owners, if you have a mature guest profile coming, we don't need the headmistress notes. Seriously I do recommend this wonderful perch on a lochside. That is why it gets not just five stars but a "I want to go back again" five stars.
