        We were here to buy some clothing and hiking accessories as the airline lost our luggage. The lady was really helpful and patient at showing us how gaiters work and helped us at adjusting them. Granted, it is a small store with limited clothing options, but based on our needs and our experience at the time, we were happy to have found this store.

        Called in here a coupe of weeks ago to find a coat for wife's birthday. told gentleman what we was looking for, just said handmade coats are hanging on back wall, When i said we looking for something a little cheaper than the 300 + price tags. He didn't even come from behind the till to shows what else that had in off the peg coats, seem as though to me he really couldn't be bothered to help us. Me and wife both work in retail and we have a furniture shop, good service is a must these days. in my mind Shop elsewhere . Very poor customer service and experience .

        Knowledgeable and very helpful. Made to measure only marginally more expensive than off the peg. Limited volume (it's a relatively small shop) but wide range of stock suitable for strolling in light showers to serious four season walking and scrambling
