Snow = quiet, peace, tranquility. Plus no-one thinking they can do this walk in flip-flops

Look at the pictures. Take it all in, multiply by 100 & you're still not close to how fantastic it is to stand in this place. All roads to get here bring you through beautiful, massive landscapes but the grandeur of the Quiraing cannot be beaten. Even in oppressive weather it's awesome but on a fine day...wow! I've been coming here for 30 years, infrequently. I'll keep coming back. Dawn is the best time to see it. There's public conveniences at the Storr Car Park a short drive away. Take only photos, leave only footprints.
