We filmed an elopement at Coruisk House recently with the couple staying in the accommodation and we were blown away, Clare was the perfect host even as suppliers we were made to feel special. The location speaks for itself with some beautiful photo spots easily accessible. The styling and little touches throughout Coruisk House were next level. We were also honoured to be treated to dinner and wow the food was incredible! If you are visiting Skye you have to make a dinner booking here. Looking forward to our next visit.

Rooms: Ours was the smaller of the upstairs rooms but it had a larger bathroom. The decor is cozy and tasteful. The ceiling into the bathroom is very low in the larger room, due to it being an older building, a potential hazard for taller people.

Coruisk House provides a truly authentic Skye experience. The locally sourced food is excellent and the setting intimate and timeless. The converted croft house gives a sense of the real history of Skye, and the people who lived here. I doubt that any other place on Skye has the same connection to our past,perfectlycoupled with a connection to the bestlocal hospitality and Skye produce of the present. Coruisk House is warm, cozy, relaxing and welcoming. Those who are looking to experience Skye for all its uniqueness, quietness, grandeur and charm should stay here. You will have an experience that only a handful of visitors to Skye have the privilege to have. Don't miss it.
