I dont mind waiting, but seeing two other tables that arrived long after us being served before, as we just waited without being asked, its upsetting and wasnt even hungry anymore after being ignored for a rather long while. Older lady very nice and kind, bless her, younger staffed had a poor attitude. Gracias, but a rather unwelcoming first-stop to Skye. Food was ok.

Rooms: Excellent views out of the windows to the cullins Nearby activities: Activities you can do include visiting the sligachan bridge and a monument not too far away. For something longer there is a lot of good mountains to climb Walkability: The sligachan hotel is in quite a remote part of Skye, at the edge of a loch stretching inland so apart from in the surrounding area there is not much to do if you dont like the outdoors. Noteworthy details: At night there were some people sleeping in their cars in the car park and they were making quite a bit of noise.
