This must be the best hostel I ever stayed in. I arrived at 2pm after visiting Old Man of Storr and even though the reception usually opens at 5pm, Annabelle opened the door for me and checked me in early as she happened to be around. The location, kitchen, common room, bathrooms and beds are just excellent! With beautiful views and only few houses around, time feels to move slower in Flodigarry. It's such a wonderful place. I met wonderful people in the common area, two of them are even from the city where I live. I checked the internet speed before leaving to assess if I could come here for working remotely: 50mbits down and 20 up. Definitely good enough I hope I can come back this year. Nearby activities: Go hiking in the Quaraing hills! You get wonderful views from the ridge.
