L'htesse nous a demand un supplment pour un lit que nous avions rserv. Prparez vous savoir ce que vous voulez pour le petit djeuner avant mme d'avoir pos vos valises... L'horaire du petit dej semblait impos. Elle a quand mme accept de nous faire griller quelques toasts de plus le deuxime matin mais c'est loin de rattraper le reste !

Put us in the en-suite room but the whole room smelled like wet towels. A very musty, almost mildew like smell in there. Host (Linz) was friendly enough at first but when we mentioned the smell she feigned interest by looking in closet for a "wet towel" and proceeded to dispel our claim. Didn't really care at all about our complaint. We immediately left for Quirang (beautiful, a must do) and when we came back asked if we could switch rooms. Andy, who answered the door, showed us to two other rooms and allowed us to switch. We did, and before we could even move our stuff to new room heard the host Linz berating Andy about switching our rooms. We heard her shouting at him, "there's nothing wrong with that room, it smells fine" and "they didn't pay for two rooms so they can't switch". Keep in mind that we're the ONLY guests there that night and hadn't even occupied the original room yet since we were in to check in then back out to Quirang. The host Linz was well pissed and Andy actually had to calm her down and tell her to stop shouting. Poor guy. Full marks to Andy, he apparently knows what customer service is all about. As for Linz, just plain awful. Do not book here.
