        Terrible customer service. We were delayed 15 minutes because of construction on route to the distillery. We called 40 minutes ahead to let them know that we would be late and even still, once we arrived 15 minutes late, they turned us down with a surplus of arrogance and self righteousness. Not typical for the majority of the people in Scotland....

        Stunning distillery - didnt get a tour as wed only popped by in passing, but we did stop in for a coffee in their cafe and to look in their shop. All of the staff there seemed lovely too.

        DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Customer service was terrible. We were 15 mins late to our tour because of unexpected construction. We called as soon as we knew we would be late and they said no problem. When we got there it was not busy at all we were the only people in the tour and they refused to give us a tour or refund. Did not even offer to give us any free tasting or anything even tho we paid. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

        The most beautiful distillery we've seen so far! Great, idyllic setting and what a great story! It is a young distillery, so the jury is out on what the real whiskey will taste like, but I hope it is great. It would be nice to see an independent distillery with a young staff make it good.
