The B&B has everything one needs and it was a perfectly delightful and comfortable stay. The B&B is also centrally located so it is easy to get to most attractions reasonably with a car. Tania is a wonderful host with excellent local knowledge and knowledge of the history of Scotland and the Isle of Skye and we were delighted to spend all three nights at the B&B. The breakfast was also superb with homemade bread and jams we could not resist buying a couple of jars back.

Tania and her bed and breakfast are truly wonderful. Our room was a refreshingly large size after staying in many places that were bed only. Space for a sofa, coffee table and mini fridge were appreciated. Tania's generosity was exceptional also. From helping us with our soaked climbing boots, to lending us a thermos for breakfast tea on the go. Tania also took COVID precautions seriously and had preparations in all the communal areas. I would definitely return here if I come to Skye again.

Embedded in the beautiful landscape of the Isle of Skye, the location of the quarter is an ideal starting point for all tourist destinations. It is quiet at night, there is space for parking. Tania is the perfect hostess, always humble and unassuming. She explains every path, can answer every question, and has lots of tips up her sleeve. We had the twin room, Black Cuillin with a beautiful view of the mighty mountain range. The room is clean and tidy with plenty of space for luggage and personal items. Small freebies such as fresh (!) coffee, beer, chocolate bars, mineral water and fruit await you every day in the small fridge in the room. You have a couch and a table. Games and TV available. Kettle and tea as well as fresh milk are part of it anyway. Tania offers a wide variety for breakfast, from haggis to scottish lorne sausage to scrambled salmon eggs, she has it all! Their porridge is delicious. There are yoghurts, fresh and preserved fruits and delicious homemade jams. The orange whiskey jam is particularly recommended. For hikers, she offers packed lunch pallets that she prepares with love. She has two old, very loving dogs, and guests with dogs are welcome. For the four-legged friends there are old towels to rub off the fur after a walk, bags for dog waste are ready. And anyone who shivers in the Scottish weather can warm themselves up again in the infrared sauna. (Original) Absolut perfekt. Eines der schnsten B&Bs, die wir in Grobritannien hatten. Eingebettet in die herrliche Landschaft der Insel Skye, bildet die Lage des Quartiers einen idealen Ausgangspunkt fr alle touristischen Ziele. Nachts ist es ruhig, Platz zum Parken ist vorhanden. Tania ist die perfekte Gastgeberin, dabei immer bescheiden und unaufdringlich. Sie erklrt jeden Weg, kann jede Frage beantworten, hat viele Tipps auf Lager. Wir hatten den Twin-Room, Black Cuillin mit schnem Blick auf die gewaltige Bergkette. Das Zimmer ist sauber und gepflegt mit viel Platz fr Gepck und persnliche Dinge. Im kleinen im Zimmer stehenden Khlschrank warten tglich kleine inklusive Nettigkeiten wie frischer (!) Kaffee, Bier, Schokoriegel, Mineralwasser und Frchte. Man hat eine Couch nebst Tisch. Spiele und TV vorhanden. Wasserkocher und Tee sowie frische Milch gehren ja sowieso dazu. Tania bietet eine groe Auswahl zum Frhstck an, von Haggis ber die schottische Lorne Sausage bis zum Lachsrhrei, sie hat alles! Ihr Porridge ist sehr lecker. Es gibt Joghurts, frische und eingekochte Frchte und kstliche hausgemachte Konfitren. Besonders zu empfehlen ist hierbei die Orangen-Whisky-Konfitre. Fr Wanderer bietet sie Packed-Lunch-Palete an, die sie mit Liebe zubereitet. Sie hat zwei alte, sehr liebe Hunde, und Gste mit Hunden sind willkommen. Fr die Vierbeiner gibts alte Handtcher zum Abreiben des Fells nach einem Spaziergang, Tten fr Hundekot liegen bereit. Und wer im schottischen Wetter doch einmal frstelt, kann sich in den Infrarot-Sauna wieder wrmen.
