Our Cuil Lodge stay in August was excellent in every aspect! We loved Skye but this B&B made our visit even more special. From its location right by the water, the quiet, comfort and cleanliness of the room (equipped with coffee maker and silent fridge, which was super useful), the amazing multiple choice breakfast cooked fresh every morning, to Margaret & Sandy friendliness and excellent local knowledge. And finally.the special touch of Margarets handmade cookies in the room everyday. It was an overall memorable experience. We were literally in heaven and will definitely return to Skye and to Cuil Lodge!

I cannot recommend Cuil Lodge enough! The location is beautiful and peaceful, the rooms were clean and lovely, and Sandy and Margaret (and Staffa!) were so welcoming and hospitable. They offered great local recommendations and conversation, plus the breakfast was fantastic. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer! An absolute must if you are on Skye!

Margaret and Sandy are wonderful people who will make your stay comfortable and nothing is too much for them to help. They welcome you into their home which has an amazing feeling, your room is beautifully decorated and you will get to try Margarets amazing baking, the homemade treats in your room are sublime! Anyone staying here will feel extremely lucky to have met such wonderful people, and staffa the dog of course
