Im a Tribe member and love their yoga classes at this location (especially Jemmas!) however I wanted to leave a review for Clare Kennedy one of the massage therapists here. She was brilliant, putting me at ease and clearly knows her stuff. She spent extra time with me as I have a lot going on with my shoulders, and it was so appreciated. I would very much recommend her if youre looking for a deep tissue massage.

Beautiful studio with twinkling lights in the ceiling that look like stars. The barre & pilate classes were really great. Nice area, too.

After moving here from the US, I've been looking for a yoga community to join that is both welcoming and takes their practice seriously. This combination can be hard to find in my experience. I took my first class at Tribe New Town and I feel compelled to leave a review because I was impressed on multiple points: 1) The staff was absolutely welcoming. Multiple staff members greeted me upon entering. They asked me questions about myself, made me feel comfortable being a new student of the studio, and showed me around the space. Afterwards they checked in with me about how it went and we chatted for some time. 2) The class I took was a hot power class with Kayla. Kayla was an absolutely amazing teacher. This wasn't a class that was improvised, or planned with little thought. The combination of movements that Kayla took us through was clearly the result of a carefully planned flow structure with each sequence building energy to prepare the body for the next sequence, to finally end with a gentle retreat to our original stillness. Afterwards I was left incredibly impressed with the creativity of the movements, and the precision of the cueing from Kayla. This power class was challenging yet accessible, which makes me look forward to coming back. If you are looking for a yoga community that is both knowledgeable and welcoming, I would recommend Tribe New Town. If you are looking to experience an elegant and creative practice, I would recommend taking a class with Kayla.
