        We were very impressed by the team of James, Jordan and Sean who replaced 5 windows and restored our curved bay windows. They were punctual, extremely careful in their work, professional and cheery throughout, a pleasure to have in our home. We can thoroughly recommend them and all of the staff in the office, Danielle and Alan who came to measure.         We had 7 windows replaced last year. We were delighted with the service from Edinburgh Sash and Case and are really pleased with the results. Nick helped us with the planning application aspects and the communication was excellent. (Thank you particularly to Danielle at the office for this.) Our joiners were James & Jordan, who were friendly and efficient and the painting was done while we were on holiday - a lovely job by Gary & Stevie. At our request, the company also opened up some shutters which we had suspected were there and gave us an additional quote for painting these. The joiners and the painters then returned to make some final adjustments to ensure all the windows and shutters opened and shut properly. Replacing windows is an expensive business and we felt reassured all the way through by the professional and helpful service from all. Service: Double pane window installation & replacement

        We had nine windows refurbished by Edinburgh Sash and Case in Oct/Nov 2022. The process was efficient and the approach of all staff is professional. Luke, the joiner, did all work to a very high standard; he has a great attitude, and was very willing to revisit to make sure all work was properly finished. We really appreciated this. Thanks also to Ken for painting all windows. Service: Window repair
