Did a terrible job on my kitchen. It was as if they had employed persons with no experience, no qualifications, and who didn't really care. The work was redone by another contractor who did the job properly.

Don't waste your time or money. This company put us at considerable inconvenience and additional costs as a result. The communication we received was really poor, often having to chase them for a response until. We had quotes for two jobs, 1) plastering of our kitchen/utility 2) fit new kitchen. Phase 2 of the works was a complete disaster by PRS. Numerous, unreasonable delays in commencement of works. It was agreed to that works would commence on 27 November, on 25 November they advised there would be a one week delay. We made them aware that we were due to move in on 15 December to manage any further delays. On 5 December, a person did attend and briefly commenced work, however this person had queries on the works at arrival but when they attempted to contact the project manager, there was no one from PRS to answer these requests, and without answers he couldnt continue the works and left the property. Another week passed and he re-attended with ourselves present, we confirmed the works, left our contact details stating we would return in a few hours. When we later returned we discovered they had attempted unsuccessfully to attached a fridge freezer unit and left with no other work completed. We attempted to contact PRS and only received a return call 24 hours later to state that they would no longer be conducting the works required and left us with no means to have a kitchen fitted 12 days before Christmas holidays and 5 days before we moved in, causing us extremely high levels of stress. The work that had been attempted by the workmen before terminating the agreement had caused damage. The fridge freezer unit it transpires that the back board had been damaged, numerous holes had been made in the newly plastered wall in the attempt to attach the unit to the wall, the wall raw plugs were later found to be inadequate (those used to hang a picture) and in all likely hood if the unit had been left it would have become loose. They had opened all our boxes and left parts and screws etc everywhere so we had no means of knowing what came from what unit. We had a few outstanding jobs from the first phase of works completed which they had advised would be finished with the kitchen fit i.e. fitting electric sockets. When I tried to contact them I was just ignored. Just disgraceful.

We used PRS to repair our ceiling and redecorate the room. We'd highly recommend their services - they were very polite and professional and completed the work to a high standard.

I had this company in for floor damage to my en suite bathroom and they were absolutely wonderful everything was ripped out and then the team of workmen had to rebuild it from joiners painters plumbers and everybody in between it was finished to a very professional way. All workmen followed on from each other no waiting days for certain workmen to arrive. Wonderful job done professionally I totally recommend PRS.

Our cistern's water pipe was leaking and as a result the ceiling of the below flat became damp. Our cistern was concealed and we hadn't realised that the pipe was dripping until the neighbour let us know. PRS were called to measure the extent of the damage. They told us that the WHOLE bathroom needed to be stripped over because water was underneath the floor. This water, apparently, would never dry because there is no ventilation in the building. They sent us a lovely invoice of 4,500 and we, of course, after getting over the initial shock, decided to seek a second opinion. We called two companies both specialising in water damage repair. Both of them, after using a water and dump moisture meter confirmed that there was absolutely no water under our floor and that any damp will go away in a few days because the building was ventilated... And did I mention that PRS sent us an invoice for visiting us even though they say on their website that they provide free estimates? Very unprofessional and would not recommend.
