Just got into puzzling and these guys have something for everyone. Not sure what type are my favourite yet so sampling a few of every type they have and if there is ever a problem, they get straight on it and sort it out.

These guys are fantastic and really went above and beyond to show excellent customer care. I was a bit concerned that my order was taking a while to arrive (this was down to delays with Royal Mail due to covid), so they sent me another one free of charge. Then, of course, they both turned up! Crux offered to arrange for postage to return the duplicate but I asked if I could hold onto it instead and pay for it so I could gift it to someone else. They said this was no problem and even offered me a 20% discount, which was extremely kind of them. I cant rate these guys enough. Their customer service and communication is brilliant, and the items Ive bought will make excellent Christmas/birthday presents for people. Very well-made, high-quality, smart looking puzzles that Ive no doubt will simultaneously amuse and infuriate my family!
