Last weekend I picked up a new Volvo XC40 and couldnt be happier with the car and overall experience. The customer service from Darren was fantastic - great levels of correspondence throughout and very thorough walkthrough prior to driving away. Very happy customer!

Even though I was on my Mobility Scooter, everyone of the Volvo staff who we met, and the catering staff too, were extremely helpful. The only upset of my entire visit was when I was greeted at the door of the beautiful new showoom, and we were offered a drink and we were told that there was NO FRESH ORANGE available... Neither Ulla or myself drink alcohol, so SHAME ON YOU JOHN CLARK VOLVO!

Bad communication, staff is never aware what the current service includes. car after service is more dirty inside before giving back. Issues detected from previous services which were not acted on do not reappear on the following service. Car park always full of cars, not east to find a space. Service book not always stamped after the service
