        Bought a 2019 Polo in March 2023 from Western Fort Kinnaird. I had been told the car had full VW service history and I'd be second owner. What I was told was nonsense, no price negotiation. Had to get stone chips sorted on day of collection like it's supposed to be approved used and sold me with poor wiper blades too which I found out about a week after buying due to no rain. They replaced them or so they said and with in couple weeks they were streaking bad The rear I replaced has had no further issues, got no apology. I've just replaced the front now too my self which I was not happy about as they were going to charge me 45 and said they arent covered by the warrenty. Like What seriously?? I got from halfords for 23 and guess what no issues now. Experience with this VW branch has not what I should come to expect and will impead on my future decision and my likeliness to recommend. Also in less than 30 days it came up with a EPC warning light which is shocking. They also say alot of the time they'll phone you back and don't or days later do.

        The car is fine now it's finally arrived but not impressed with the service. Felt the salesman couldn't be bothered.

        One of the worst customer service experiences Ive had with any company period!! They have my family car and I was told it would be in 1 day for a repair , the repair was unsuccessful and had to be booked back in so we could have a courtesy car for the day . Picked up the courtesy car 1 week ago and in that tile we have had no contact from vw! Each day we are told it will be ready tomorrow then near the end of the day we are told its on a final test and will be ready tomorrow. I really hate leaving negative reviews but after 4 phone calls to the branch today and 4 promises of a call back within 30 mins they have closed and we are no further forward . You guys have fell well short of whats expected when dealing with a usually reputable company !!
