Make sure you have got all your documents. For a tourist visa, it is fairly straight forward just do as is required from the website. Your appointment isn't exact, you can arrive early it's more of a rough guide of when to be there. My appointment was 10.30 and I arrived at 10. Allow some time for the queue it moves slowly and tends to be alot of people as they are only accepting people for a few hours. Once the reception checks over your documents you will have a short meeting with a visa person (The visa people seem very friendly and genuine) they will take your finerprints and you will be on your way. The cost of a visa seems to fluctuate. Mines was 150 for normal service (3 working days) and 180 for express (2 working days) Overall a great process. Hoping I get approved for visa now

Dont bother unload your photo for online applications, because its gonna fail anyway. They need will ask take photo again in the Photo Booth and its cost 9! And also dont wear glasses even frameless, because some how it will make a shadow on your face lol. And they will ask you take retake photo again, cost me 18 for photos!! So please take photo elsewhere.

I must admit it's never been my favourite place to go. Being an old age pensioner I'm not good with computers and nearly every time I go they need me to do something on the computer. The staff are nice enough but unwilling to assist people like myself.
