        I don't usually bother to leave negative reviews but I called BLS with a query and the person I spoke with was unhelpful and fairly abrupt. Doesn't fill me with confidence to use these guys in future.

        I havent heard anything since I submitted my visa on the 19th. The official website is still a process. There is no tracking number. There was no reply to the email, and the phone couldnt get through.

        This is the most undesirable method that any person would possibly want to have. You need to book flights and accommodation and then cannot make a booking for an appointment to apply for your Visa! How is this the accepted process?

        I know there are a lot Chinese middle man selling spots , that why we cant book the spot by ourselves online. I hope Visa center can realize this situation and provide more walk-in spots, even its the premium price.
